From day one I immediately felt like I belong to the team. Everyone is incredibly friendly, and the managers (mine was John at the time) are super supportive and put my learning first, teaching me the ins and outs of marketing, Web and App development. As one of my first full time office-based roles, learning was crucial and DigiGround has created an environment that fosters learning and career development.
