Some good employees are there which also leave after getting bad treatment from the management!

Administration or Management of any type is non-existent, CEO has no clue on how work needs to be done according to him everything which he says is right one day in a week he comes in and yells/ abuses the employees as if they are his slaves. When the salary date comes they make excuses to delay it and sometimes do not pay it saying they didn't get client payments. CTO is another joke who doesn't know how to code and they are trying to get software development projects from foreign clients ,no wonder they don't have any clients. A few clients which they do get, they outsource the project to other freelancers basically they are a reseller, to sum it up a company with 0 moral/ethical values. No HR policy anything for the employees, don't join unless you are desperate for a job and don't have any other option

1. Management always encourage to learn and they bear the cost of training. 2. Management is fine with learning in company's time i.e. working hours. I have never seen any company allows it. 3. Friendly management. The owners are excellent techies themselves with very rich experience. So great opportunity to learn from them. 4. Infra is good. Office location is one of the best best in City. 5. Great support from management, the management always protects you even if you do mistakes in doing works... remember, management looks at the intention and efforts you have given, if the efforts are genuine management will go any extend to protect you. Very much recommended for anyone who wants to grow their career. Warning: Management is very sceptical about lazy and dishonest people... They will simply fire if found in such situation.
