Where do I start..... 1. Husband - Wife duo run company. They have their own mindsets and they feel they own the employees and ask them to do whatever they feel like. 2. Micro-management in all functions of work. Like literally they will snoop around to see what you are doing at every minute of the day 3. No general idea or vision for growth. All talk and no work. 4. Office sucks. 5. No timely Salary 6. No respect to employees 7. No HR policies Thank god I left!

We believe its fine to have different opinions but not to disrespect. We understand that the individual who has posted here may have views and we respect this.
