Great colleagues, who are still motivated to do a good job. Friendly admin and the usual perks like coffee, fruit, table tennis and so on. Nice office in the heart of Berlin. Open atmosphere due to the young staff and the (very explicit) product.
Svantaggi
Mismanagement from top down. No real strategy for the company or the products. This lead to a lot of people leaving or being layed off (a quarter of the company left/was fired this year). There is a lot of tension at the moment and no one is sure what will happen in the near future. There is also quite a lot of nepotism going on (if your friends with some people in management than you have a safe place - if not then your career stagnates at some point and you will most likely leave or will be fired).
