- My colleagues are not only great people but they're also some of the smartest people I've worked with in the industry (and in general). I learn something new from these guys every day and it makes me a better consultant. - Work-from-home life gives me the flexibility I need to handle things on the homefront while still getting amazing work done for my clients and colleagues. The fact each day is different keeps everything fresh so it's like I turned a hobby into a career that I didn't get tired of once I "had" to do it for my job. - Along those lines, this is the first role I've had where I haven't gotten bored after a year or two - There are plenty of virtual events we host to make sure we have a stable corporate culture and engage with one another outside of work duties and we also try to meet up several times a year as a whole company or individually at MUGs - Upper management is transparent; I've never felt like information was being hidden from me or that there were major discussions happening behind my back that would impact me negatively. We also host bi-weekly and town hall meetings so we know where we're headed and have a constant stream of communication, which is probably better than I had previously working in an office.
