      COMPANY -unpaid overtime -low salaries -lack of processes and organization CEO -CEO that doesn't respect anyone -verbal and psychological abuse on meetings -apparent mental health issues and manic episodes on weekly basis -often contradicts himself and changes his mind in the middle of a project -"doesn't believe in contracts", sending just a vague email as an agreement

      - A lot of micromanagement from the CEO which can be instructive for some but excessive for others - The quick growth sometimes led to certain leaders being unsure and insecure which caused toxicity and mind games at times - The tempo can be grueling and the increasing demand for EST time overlap if not full EST timezone can be taxing for Europeans - There is a big pay gap between the many different locations the company hires in
