Some of the smartest people I've ever worked with work here. They have more ideas in 10 minutes than most people have in a year. Their policies about time off are incredible, and they encourage you to take more time off than one normally would.

They don't have a clear idea of what apps and software go together to create a unified system of management. Their HR system is terrible, but cheap for them; the medical benefits are not much of anything. Their company budgeting is downright scary; their founders are geniuses who are always thinking, talking, and moving at 90 mph, but they have lost the small-picture in all their massive big-picture planning. Their creative team is not as high-caliber as they make it out to be, and a lot of their work looks the same.
