It was refreshing to work in a relaxed atmosphere with some of the area's most experienced web designers and developers on creative and technically challenging projects for well-known clients and brands.

Micromanagement by some of the agency's key clients who had little experience in marketing and NO experience in digital could be frustrating. Creative ideas often were watered down to be "safe". Bad client-side project management would sometimes cause last-minute scope changes and extra hours to "make the client happy." Unfortunately, this is often the reality in the life of an agency.

The work environment is relaxed and the office is very young. Projects are generally interesting and creative.

The hours usually extend past a normal work day and amenities around the office are lacking. Deadlines are usually tight and project efforts are almost always underestimated and overpromised.
