The employees at the top management are bullies and they will drain you to the core. The interview process is so long and meaningless They overwork contractors and do not pay overtime There’s no career growth Your salary will increase if the CEO likes you, if you are not on his good side even if you perform well you won’t get an increament The company has meaningless meeting from morning to evening and you end up not doing your tasks for the day which ends up to be a problem
