HR Department is not up to the mark! - Recensione dipendente - Software Developer presso Digité

As per contract, my notice period was 1 month only, but HR asked to serve 3 months notice period. As per contract my probation was 6 months only, HR said its 1 year. They will trouble you in F&F settlement. Better to be jobless than in this company. Managers are just high paying and will ask you to work day and night. As per contract INR 1 lac after one year completion, but not given.
