I have nothing positive to say

This is the most dysfunctional, toxic, political company I have ever witnessed. No one would let their friends or family come work here. Some teams may be unaware of what is happening behind the scenes but for most in leadership they just watch the unhealthy disturbing culture go by as it stems from the top and no one wants the retaliation. Most of the good leaders have left - or those with experience in their roles.

Decent pay, unlimited PTO and good benefits

Leadership will tell you want you want to hear to keep you focused on being a BDR instead of helping you get promoted. Majority of AE type roles are not posted internally and do a ton of external hiring instead of promotions.
