There are so many pros to working at BoardPaq: its a positive work environment, with an amazing team of people, and a great product that sells itself! We celebrate every employees achievements, birthdays, really any excuse to eat more cake, or ring bells and whistles.

Sometimes it is hard to lose weight with the constant availability of candy, cake, ice cream, etc.

Yes, we do have a lot of celebrations at BoardPaq. We will look at adding more healthy snacks!
Leadership will tell you want you want to hear to keep you focused on being a BDR instead of helping you get promoted. Majority of AE type roles are not posted internally and do a ton of external hiring instead of promotions.
