Fast growth means some important steps get shortcut/missed. Internal communications can be especially hard across multiple time zones with a global team. Many projects are treated as "fire drills" that don't need to be - even some that we know about for a while seem to not really get attention until the absolute last minute. That said, we've all gotten really good at handling crises as a result, and with the COVID-19 pandemic, the company is being responsive in the moment and showing strong leadership through the crisis. So, maybe all the fire drills weren't always a bad thing...

We truly appreciate the time you’ve taken to share your feedback. It’s reassuring to hear you feel leadership is stepping up to support employees during this time of crisis. Even if we don’t have all the answers, we are prioritizing frequent communication, and early steps, like recommending all employees work from home, is one way we are doing our part to slow the spread.
