There were some really nice and decent people working there, which was the main reason why things didn't go downhill as fast as they should have

Management was blind to the issues that they created and totally deluded on how long it took to learn the products and provide quality support. The workload was ridiculous and they went about things totally the wrong way by not hiring enough and making workloads worse

Decent pay, unlimited PTO and good benefits

Leadership will tell you want you want to hear to keep you focused on being a BDR instead of helping you get promoted. Majority of AE type roles are not posted internally and do a ton of external hiring instead of promotions.
