3yThank you for sharing your perspective. We’re glad to hear your appreciation for our commitment to promoting a sustainable work-life balance but are sorry to hear your other feedback and that it sounds like there is more we could have done to support you.
We certainly appreciate how much change there has been as we’ve continued to strategically expand and evolve our business to drive even greater impact for our clients. The changes we have been making have been in direct response to feedback from both clients and teammates on how we can serve and support them even better.
As we have continued to grow and scale our team, we have been investing in extensive onboarding, training and enablement to ensure our employees are fully knowledgeable about our expanded solution set as we grow our leadership position in the GRC space. At all levels of our organization, we make every effort to ensure all our employees are equipped to effectively fulfil their responsibilities to our clients and strive to create a supportive culture within our teams.
