Diligent was a small company by 2020 and it was an amazing company. Now it got much bigger but people are still nice and warm.

Growth pain. Organization changes, people come/leave and always lack of resources.

It’s true that we’ve grown significantly as an organization over the past few years, but we agree that through it all, our people have remained kind, warm and always ready to help. We certainly appreciate that there has been much change as we’ve continued to strategically expand and evolve our business to drive even greater client impact. Many of these changes were in direct response to feedback from both clients and teammates on how we can better serve and support them. Leadership will tell you want you want to hear to keep you focused on being a BDR instead of helping you get promoted. Majority of AE type roles are not posted internally and do a ton of external hiring instead of promotions.
