3yThank you for sharing your perspective. We’re glad you enjoy some aspects of working at Diligent like our flexible time off and meeting-free day, but we’re sorry to hear you’re having trouble taking full advantage of these.
We want our teams to enjoy coming to work every day and if you’re not getting the support you need from your manager, please reach out directly to your ELT member so we can be more responsive to your specific concerns. You can also email us anonymously at HRconfidential@dilgient.com
With regards to keeping staff apprised of changes, our monthly Town Halls, intranet, Slack Company News channels and regular email updates from ELT have all been designed to improve communications and keep staff informed of what’s happening in the business, but we’re always looking for ways to improve. If you have specific recommendations on how we can better communicate, please also share those with your ELT member.
