C-Suite execs come across as disingenuous and operating almost like an exclusive club. The company has grown too large for it's own good, and processes were not scaled to keep up with the growth. Middle management seem to be preoccupied with pandering to C-Suite, and not providing genuine solutions to the problems. Teams leaders within the department that I worked for do not seem to get along with each other, and are basically making it hard for regular employees to do their day-to-day work. The last few acquisitions were not integrated properly systems and processes wise. Instead of using what is best practice, acquired companies were simply made to follow the bureaucratic/archaic processes that had not evolved. Many talents from previous acquisitions left/were let go, and what's left are just regular employees trying to make do with what's remained.

It’s our priority to integrate our solutions and teams as seamlessly as possible so we can bring our unified platform to market. To your feedback on management, we’re sorry to hear that this was your experience. It certainly does not align with the inclusive, transparent work culture that we aspire to deliver to all our employees, and we do take the feedback onboard. We are working to create something that hasn’t been created before, and we have huge expectations for what our team can do in the future. Leadership will tell you want you want to hear to keep you focused on being a BDR instead of helping you get promoted. Majority of AE type roles are not posted internally and do a ton of external hiring instead of promotions.
