3yWe appreciate you taking the time to offer your feedback. It’s great that you appreciate the paid time off we offer, and we hope you also leverage the range of other benefits available, from our Employee Resource Groups to meeting-free days.
However, we are sorry to hear the rest of your feedback, as this is not the experience we strive to deliver. As a fast-growing company, we do have high performance expectations, but workload shouldn’t be overwhelming, and we are actively working to improve this through more enablement and training, bringing on more team members, and streamlining processes and workflows. We take great pride in offering concierge-level customer service experience, this is a core aspect of who we are as an organization and we deeply value our Support team as the front line of assistance to our customers.
We want to make sure we are equipping our employees to strike a sustainable balance and provide the best support for our clients. We also recognize that clear career development opportunities are important for retaining top talent at Diligent, and our recently launched Career Talk webinars were designed to showcase employees who share details on their career journey and how they’ve progressed at Diligent. We will make sure to take this overall feedback on and work closely with the Support team to identify opportunities to improve.
