We agree that developing meaningful relationships with colleagues is important as well, so we are happy to hear that has been your experience. We hear your feedback that there is room for improvement in the areas of organization, training and cross-team collaboration. We’re continuously working on providing more training opportunities and resources for our team members, and we’ve been making significant investments in onboarding, training and enablement at all levels over the past year to help address organization and alignment roadblocks. Leadership will tell you want you want to hear to keep you focused on being a BDR instead of helping you get promoted. Majority of AE type roles are not posted internally and do a ton of external hiring instead of promotions.
