      The company mission is incredible - and it's not a surprise the product has so much potential.

      -not enough attention to building infrastructure that a true saas company needs from a operational perspective. Constant changes, acquisitions that affect the entire company (and teams) aren't communicated because the communication tree is broken, resulting in constant confusion on what is happening, what are the main goals, and what do employees need to do to get there.

One of the best things about working at Diligent is being part of a passionate community who are on a mission to change the way leaders change the world.       Decent pay, unlimited PTO and good benefits

      Leadership will tell you want you want to hear to keep you focused on being a BDR instead of helping you get promoted. Majority of AE type roles are not posted internally and do a ton of external hiring instead of promotions.
