In terms of career progression, we’re working to continuously improve transparency and resources for our colleagues to meet their full potential. Options such as our internal goal-setting system, periodic career talks, twice-per-year promotional cycles and dedicated Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are some of the ways we’re working to help promote progression for our team members.
