However, we’re sorry to hear that you’ve had frustrations around compensation and career progression opportunities. Supporting our team members and helping them reach their full potential is a priority for us, and we are taking steps to improve clarity around career progression. This includes our bi-yearly promotion and review cycles, our internal goal-setting program, and periodic career talks sharing how some of our colleagues have progressed here. In addition, we are also working to provide better career development tools for our team members with standardized career progression models, and we continue to add new ways to better recognize our talented colleagues.
