The company works like a startup, with a lot of uncertain things, and a high turnover rate, most people are from small companies, hard to learn new things from leaders. Unlimited PTO is hard to achieve.

To improve transparency and cross-team communications, we’ve introduced tools like V2MOMs (our internal goal setting process), hold monthly Town Halls, and have designated Slack/Teams channels for easy cross-team communication. We acknowledge your feedback about leadership development, and actively invest in programs to enhance our leadership skills and knowledge transfer across the organization. Leadership will tell you want you want to hear to keep you focused on being a BDR instead of helping you get promoted. Majority of AE type roles are not posted internally and do a ton of external hiring instead of promotions.
