Great place to work at, but lack of serious vision from C-level - Recensione dipendente - Product Manager presso Diligent

CEO, Board and C-level management are coming up with products and features from the top of their heads. Yes, Diligent is another company implementing AI in their products because the board said so, not because there is an actual need for it. The CEO have a grand vision of creating a single platform for all of their applications (Boards, Audit, etc), without the actual market need for it. But at least it takes 70% of the engineering resources and going to take years.
