Very toxic environment - Recensione dipendente - Support Worker presso Dimensions

In my experience within my locality at Dimensions it was a very toxic place to work. Bullying and gossiping towards certain staff members was in my experience common place. Although I’m sure management was unaware of quite a lot what was happening, it did seem certain staff members who had multiple disciplinaries were continually protected by certain members of management. While the assistant locality manager was very supportive and understanding it seemed that the locality manager thrived off intimidation tactics when dealing with their staff members. In my experience, support workers seemed to be expendable to the locality manager.
