Overly controlling rules: You can't work too close to a co-worker otherwise you're seen as just socializing. They actively discourage conversation with co-workers. Reason? Anything other than work is stealing. You can't talk to customers too long. Not really much else to elaborate on here. Phones stay in cubby. Doesn't matter if you never use is on the clock. Write up if it's in your pocket. Way too controlling and desperate of a rule. Everyone takes the job way too seriously.
