Great Co-Workers - Recensione dipendente - Graphic Designer presso Diono

I've been a Diono employee for 3 years, and in the HR department since 8/2021. I'm fortunate to be able to interact with everyone here in my role. There is quite a diverse group of employees, and everyone is great to work with, local and afar. A great benefit package and a very generous PTO policy starting out at 4 weeks a year for combined vacation and sick time. There is also a nice employee discount on all Diono merchandise. Upper management from the CEO onward wants the best for Diono and its employees. I truly believe this and have had the opportunity to work directly with each manager, including our CEO, to confirm and make this statement. I've watched employees learn new things and advance to new positions. There are monthly celebrations for birthdays and anniversaries, a new bi-monthly global employee of the month program along with bi-monthly town hall meetings. Holiday events and food drives too. I do love my job and position here at Diono.

I have not experienced anything negative while working here, quite the opposite, I have watched our staff grow and come together as a team.

When I was first hired, the environment was enjoyable

The environment is toxic and cold. Do not recommend working at this sinking ship.
