D2MS was my first proper sales role and the first couple of weeks were pretty challenging to be honest. He listened to my calls each day and gave me specific feedback that I could action immediately. Within a couple of weeks I was consistently hitting KPIs and regularly exceeding them. Furthermore, the general team spirit was very positive!

Although the leads had opted in vai a Facebook ad, from my experience it was relatively common that some of them couldn't remember doing so. Because of this some of the calls felt somewhat like cold calling rather than calling warm leads. However, this was only the case sometimes as plenty of the leads could remember opting in.

The “warm” list is often people being lured in through false advertisement and many have already expressed no interest. The pay scheme is terrible and the base salary is extremely long. It’s B2C with mind numbing customers.
