      Lack of any efforts to improve company culture. Company also seemed to not reprimand senior management for poor choices. As a whole the company has quite a bit of work to do when it comes to processes and communication.

      I love everything about working for this company. The owner, CEO, and entire executive and management team do everything that they can to help their employees and show their appreciation. Everyone here is absolutely incredible and a joy to work with.
