      Thank you for your review. As a small company, hard work is certainly a valued attribute in our corporate culture. Thank you for your advice. We recognize our communications as an area we need to improve. We are already working on training for our new and existing managers to become more efficient with communicating with their teams and each other. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
