Very Inconsistent Hours Lack of Rotation of Employees to Receive Hours Strict Management Away from Home Often/Very Long Days Little Opportunity for Real Raises in Pay (Can Take Several Months to Receive one Acquired) Can Be Difficult to Request Time Off 2 Week Notice Does Not Matter, Fired Usually Immediately or Hours Restricted after Giving One Unprofessional Management

None come to mind at all!!!! Can't give a -1000 stars!!!!

Low pay and you don't get drive time unless you drive a company truck!! Put you in one place that is closer to your house, but then put someplace else that is three times as far from your house and you don't get any compensation for your drive to the further place. Crew leads won't meet you half way or meet you at all!! You would think they would try to put you closer to your home, so you didn't have to drive as far because the crew leads won't meet you. This place is a total joke!! They should just close down!! You get three hours of training and then put on a road, where you are now put in danger from vehicles and all they pay is $15 an hour!!! And when someone comes to work there that actually knows what they are doing, they act like a bunch of "I know more than you do", even tho you've been doing this job longer than me attitude!!
