Real effort from everyone at all levels to nurture a friendly, warm, no blame working culture. This is protected effectively by the team as a whole. This company is a no drama tolerance zone! The people working here are really friendly with a good mix of ages and backgrounds. Flexible working with teleworking for Disclosure Administrators is brilliant. Ideal for mothers, carers and people fed up with spending every minute they breathe at the office. Work life balance is respected here. Working in flat organisational structure means everyone is able to make a difference and can have their suggestions implemented. Informal communication is very good and there is an open office policy - no directors hiding in their offices. Fair attitude to reward and benefits. Real belief from the board that a happy, satisfied team of employees makes for happy clients. Upcoming rewards and recognition review and new ongoing programme of training and development due next year.

Being picky, the formal communication of strategies needs improvement but is being worked on currently. The company has grown massively over the last 3 years and formalising of some strategies and processes is still ongoing. The upside is that the whole team is consulted on these.
