They will take a great work culture and fire people until you are turning against eachother. People are over worked. The platform is understaffed. And management at all levels talks out of both ends. If you make a report of am HR issue, they let the person who you reported do your next performance review. They dangle a sabbatical at 5 years for mental health in front of you, but you'll never reach it. They will fire you before you can use it.
