However, we are committed to doing our best for the company's sake. If you're the type of person who thrives on challenge, is willing to work hard, and is eager to grow professionally, then Discord is an excellent place to work. We encourage our employees to get their hands dirty, take risks, and be creative. However, if you prefer to coast along without contributing or are not up for the challenge of working at a startup, then perhaps another workplace would be more suitable for you.

We've experienced a significant amount of change through the last few years which is expected for a pre-IPO company. My advice to leaders is to not lose sight of what makes Discord such a special place to work for.
