You are constantly getting pressured to work faster because your efficiency equals profit for the company. I’m a part-time tech and they offer no benefits what so ever. You can be the best, but it does not matter when your team doesn’t care about doing there job. There is a overall lack of maturity throughout the workplace (yes, even by full-timers and management) and it’s difficult to take the job seriously or even remotely enjoy it. Service techs do all the work while full-timers give commands and are rewarded with company parties.
