The biggest down side is not having a set out time. If there are 25 cars left to work on when you close then to hell with whatever you wanted to do you have to stay They will cut your hours down to under 20 a week with no warning then expect you to work 50+ as a part time employee through the winter then cut again with no warning Working outside so you are at the mercy of Mother Nature Inconsistent training and work procedures from store to store Most managers become very lazy and only care about their sales numbers once achieving full time Terrible pay unless you stay with the company for 15+ years, have no bills to pay or are a young kid Store level managers don't care about employees well being they only wanna sell tires
