I've worked at this company for almost 4 years. I was working and going to school full time and every manager I've had were very flexible with my schedule (5 managers). It only took my a little under a year to become an apprentice tech which I believe is the highest you can be as a part timer. - Pay is great if you're making a lot per hour. (EVERY FRIDAY IS PAY DAY!!) - Great opportunity for overtime (time + half) - MOST managers are flexible with schedule if it's for SCHOOL. - Bi-Annual bonus (July and Christmas) - Random Drug Tests - If you get a cool manager they'll buy breakfast/lunch for the guys once and a while - VP's are awesome (Truly motivating individuals that make me want to stay) - Great opportunity to move up and become a manager or even VP - Fast paced, so time flies - Many holidays and Sundays off too! - Yearly company party for full time/ company picnic for all employees and family - Education bonus ( $500 a semester if you have above a 2.0 GPA) - Family of full timers are eligible for Bruce Hale Tuition

- Difficult and repetitive tasks - If you're slow/weak this is not the job for you - Customers are complete idiots most of the time - If you don't have a good manager, your whole store will run horrible - Winters are cold and wet, summers are unbearable and also wet if you sweat a lot - Takes forever to get recognized so keep them sales up or bust out cars in under 15 minutes - If you're slow or not productive you will get noticed fast and fired - Saturday's are horribly busy - Prepare to go through a lot of boots/shoes and pants if you're gonna be a tech
