As a recent grad, I am thankful to DiscountMugs.com for giving me the opportunity to finally break into the job market when I continued to meet with what always turned into closed and deaf doors. My advice to those considering becoming part of our team: your experience here will be exactly what you make of it. Drop all preconceived notions of what you think you deserve, and open yourself to the chance to become part of a team that will immediately adopt you in as one of their own, teach you all they know, and most importantly will take into consideration your hard work and dedication. Employee benefits will become effective after a 6 month grace period, and you can expect to receive exactly what you are promised. After a year and some change with DiscountMugs, I continue to look forward to my day, as I have understood that each day will present me with new challenges that continue to form and prepare me for the future. I can in all honesty say that, with a few exceptions, we take our job seriously and strive for outmost performance in order to achieve an overall healthy work environment. I was met by great coworkers with whom I have formed lasting friendships, and have even recommended a few of my friends.
