People at Discovergy are really nice and very knowledgeable in their fields. The CEO is the coolest person, very approachable with a true and achievable vision for the company. The work life balance is quite nice along with the independence to work from home when required. One of the very few companies with such advanced smart metering solutions along with Non Intrusive Load Monitoring feedback to the customers.
The thing I love the most about Discovergy is the way there is no or very limited hierarchy and everyone is valued, even part time working students. There are also free German lessons twice a week (I mean, really that shows how much they value their employees). Also games night is organised once a month which helps socialise more with people on other floors and departments and just chill for a bit.
In all, it is a very positive and enhancing experience to work here.
