Constantly bringing over under-trained people into workforce from their India office and assigning inexperienced staff to critical projects for training purposes. Resources are sold to clients as experienced but are anything but in many cases. They constantly overpromise and under-deliver leaving it to the team to do whatever it takes to keep the client from bolting. Management constantly jumps in and makes billing adjustments to cover for their mistakes. Flat organizational structure where 5 partners run the show and are constantly arguing and second-guessing each other's decisions. Completely dysfunctional environment.
