Upper management does not know how to support their subordinates. They say they "hear" us but will do little to change the workplace culture and provide support that is not a band aid to the issue. Has tribe like mindset that is not productive to collaborating with other departments. Feels like personality is part of the workplace politics when work ethic and support should be prioritized.
