- Despite ongoing recruitment, employee base is reasonably small given Disruptive Edge is a relative new-comer. While this nurtures great team dynamics, at times the pace is fast and deadlines tight.
- the nature of working remotely can make onboarding and ramping up tricky at first in the business of Innovation-as-a-service. The early stages mentoring processes are being re-vamped to try and alleviate this. That said, best fit for someone not afraid of asking questions and able to learn and take on new challenges with sleeves rolled.
