They literally lied about the status of the company. Some colleagues asked a few months before if everything was fine, and leadership assured us that plenty of projects were in the pipeline. Then suddenly on 12/08/2022 they laid off 50 employees which was ~50% of their workforce. I saw previous negative reports from others about this company and it was shrugged off by leadership when I was interviewing. Leadership said they restructured and that everything was steady now, and I bought it. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this company as-of 12/09/2022. Also note that they only reimburse 75% of accrued vacation time NOT 100% upon leaving the company.
