Great team of people to socialise with

Terrible place to work and stay sane at the same time . Poor management and a clear lack of organisational hierarchy. Most people are overworked and under compensated here and end up settling day in day out.

Senior Management work tremendously hard which becomes infectious. Genuinely revolutionising a industry and it's exciting to be involved with real FinTech! I'm learning about so many different aspects of B2B gaining experience in ecommerce and also consumer finance. Great to part of a technology driven company, its amazing to see the constant product innovations. Exciting to see the company grow and evolve. I've already seen growth like I've never experienced before. Hard work is rewarded not just financially but collectively as a team which makes it worth the effort. Very transparent commission structure, clear targets and lots of support to achieve. Your made to feel as valued as anyone else, it's the only role I've ever had where you really do feel part of the company. Great atmosphere and environment to work in. All departments work well together. Plenty of social activities and get togethers.

The only issue I have is the car parking, we have run out of spaces and it can be a little stressful trying to find someone to park, although I've been assured this is being addressed.
