Divisa Capital started off as a great player in the industry and positioned very well with their Prime of prime offering, flexibility for employees and allowed employees to WFH. Apparently morning fruit should be seen as a bonus but is a standard in most companies.

Divisa Capital now known as Equiti Capital has a hard time inspiring loyalty from employees, long term employees are not rewarded and rather used as scapegoats for managerial mistakes and harassed until they leave, or alternatively where their employment contracts are terminated simply because the individuals do not agree with the CEOs. Poor HR processes and unprofessional when approaching conflict. Below average holiday allowance of 21 days. No work life balance, you are expected to work at least 10 hour days or get frowned upon when you pick up to leave at 5. Hardly a global company and essentially another MT4 shop in the industry. Very manual processes and no automation. No real career progression here, more like a step backwards. You will only find the likes of ex LCG and GKFX here.
