Work culture is highly unprofessional and shadow HR policies. Most of the employees are through internal referrals. So lot of politics of chain interests and very unprofessional work attitude. Many of the employees are are removed with out notice and with treachery. Employees joining without referrals are not advised to join this company. No increments and professional growth.
