Do Good Events has a history of not caring for their employees, resulting in quick turn over. They preach a culture of core values and act like they care. It is all surface level and feels very forced. You are expected to work long hours for low industry standard pay. Management is too selfish to actually inspire growth. They want your ideas, but don't respect them.
