- managers do not posess leadership qualities, lack empathy and have terrible communication skills - bullies work here. If you are unlucky to be trained by certain people, you will be spoken down to, ridiculed and insulted during training. -their systems are archaic. Last time I worked in a retail corporate environment, we had working systems and did not rely on Microsoft for everything we do. -heads of departments are unprofessional and lack class. Some will not recognise your existence, even though they will require work from you over Microsoft teams. - this company puts a lot of responsibility on the allocators role and how their sales do each week. This is not a true reflection of what an Allocator is in other retail companies. - If you are hired, you won't last a year. Just walk out the door and save yourself. - they are losing money and customers because of their low quality products and too high priced.
