Oh God, where to start? First of all, the brand has no image, no values and there's no culture in the company. Hence, everything about the company is based all on confusion. Nobody knows what the brand is all about instead of just selling cheap and poor quality suits. The top management it's the worst part of it all. They don't communicate, they take personal issues to work, they discriminate,call you names, and even don't speak with each other or talk bad in their backs. The HR...don't even try to sort anything with them. It's incredible how inefficient the HR is. They dont care about the employees or the problems they have. I have tried for several times to sort some problems, but nothing was done. All because they don't want to face the problems in fear of top management. I've worked so many times at home, sometimes until 11 pm, during weekends...but still they never reconsigned the efforts. If you have the chance, please don't work at dobell. You're only be losing time and effort and you'll gained grey hairs like me. There's so many companies that are better than this one. This company is terrible, fake people, a great lack of communication and discrimination.

Dobell is a place where staff members can contribute and make a difference. Monthly staff updates are held where business news are shared and opinions are heard. Management is very approachable and friendly. Work is carried as a team and everybody is responsible and accountable, this adds to a rewarding environment.

As with any entrepreneurial business we are at the mercy of the market so deadlines are tight and workloads can be challenging however I would suggest that this apply to any eCommerce business this day and age. Staff discount. Social events. Employee of the month, regular prizes and competitions.
